Platform Terms of Use

These rules establish the legal framework for accessing and using the virtualization and dynamic storage capacity expansion services offered by Scalarea Bazelor. By using the platform, you fully accept the terms described below.

Subject of Services

The platform provides technical tools for flash memory virtualization, latency analysis, and dynamic allocation of storage resources in high-traffic corporate infrastructures. The services are provided exclusively for operational purposes and IT flow optimization, without guaranteeing an absolute performance increase in any scenario.

User Rights and Obligations

The user has the right to access and configure the virtualization modules according to the technical documentation, but is obliged not to modify security parameters, not to upload illegal data, and not to attempt to bypass resource allocation mechanisms. Any use exceeding the limits specified in the contract will result in suspension of access.

Limitation of Liability

Scalarea Bazelor is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or data corruption caused by improper configuration of storage systems. The total liability of the provider is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of continuous availability.

Termination and Modification of Terms

The user may cancel the services at any time by written notice, and Scalarea Bazelor may suspend access in case of a serious breach of the terms. These conditions may be updated with a 30-day notice, published on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
